Following on the success of June's environmental film series in Burlington VT,  The Stonyfield Sustainability Film Series screened RENEWAL at the Michigan Theater, Ann Arbor, MI, at 7 PM on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.

RENEWAL filmmaker, Marty Ostrow was the guest speaker following the film. Marty was joined by three members of Michigan Interfaith Power and Light, Pastor Ken Wilson of Vineyard Church, and Chuck Warpehoski, who heads the local Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice.

Close to 80 people attended the event to learn more about America's growing religious-environmental movement and how they could become engaged with it. The audience included all the student members of an undergraduate sustainability seminar from the University of Michigan.

Everyone who attended the screening received a free CFL light bulb to take home and use -- a gift from MIIPL.
