This activist festival, at its conclusion, sponsors a National Tour, to over 70 cities, in which three hours of the best festival films are screened.  A three-story, 35-minute version of Renewal has been invited to take part in the tour

Interfaith evening screening of Renewal at Agudas Achim Synagogue in Attleboro, MA. Marty speaks following the film, to the 60 member audience, clergy and laity, Christians and Jews.

March 20th, 2009
Renewal screens at the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation’s Capital. Marty speaks following the film at American University screening venue.

April 2009
American Public Television and WGBH-Boston begin broadcasts of Renewal to public television affiliate stations throughout the country.

May 17, 2009
Cathedral of St John the Divine, NYC.  Interfaith religious service and Renewal to be screened along with talks by Mary Evelyn Tucker (Forum on Religions and Ecology), Marty, Terry and special guest, Bill McKibben speaking about religious communities coming on board to support 350.org Campaign.

June 27, 2009
Renewal launches the Toronto Interfaith Film Festival in Toronto, Canada with a complete screening of the film at the Revue Cinema.

July 14, 2009
The annual national Episcopal General Convention, in Anaheim, California, screens Renewal for its membership.

August 2009
The Unitarian Universalist Association sends a copy of Renewal and the Renewal Screening Guide to all 1000 UU churches in the United States.

December 2, 2009
The Rodale Institute screens RENEWAL as part of it Second Annual Fall Film Series, at its 333-acre organic certified farm in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

December 3–9, 2009
Renewal is one of the 10 chosen films at the Council for a Parliament of World Religions, in Melbourne, Australia.

January 12, 2010

Democracy for America shows RENEWAL at the Lubbock County Democratic Party Headquarters in Lubbock, TX.

“RENEWAL L.A.”  The RENEWAL Project and California Interfaith Power and Light (CIPL) coordinate a major Los Angeles interfaith event to honor the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day. Bill McKibben and Mary Nichols, are guest speakers with Marty Ostrow, host.

June 16, 2010
RENEWAL is shown at the Roxy Theater in Burlington, VT, as part of Stonyfield Organic Yogurt’s Sustainability Film Series, running on Wednesday nights in June. Marty Ostrow guest speaker with Betsy Hardy (VT IPL) and  Pastor Nancy Wright of Ascension Lutheran Church.
